The VR opens at Ayias Elias, which means "the church dedicated to the prophet Elias". It stands on the small plateau of Gerakomouttil overlooking the original Cypriot village of Voroklini with Larnaka Bay as the backdrop.
Turning clockwise we pass two pylons and then in the distance, we see two red and white striped chimneys. These mark Dekalia power station. Beyond that, at the most southern point of land, is Cape Greko.
Between the power station and Cape Greko are some of the most beautiful beaches on the island, including Ayia Napa and Macronisis.
Continuing to scroll clockwise we see an oil tanker, at sea, and then in the foreground, Oroklini salt-lake. Next the port of Larnaka is marked by the twin cranes.
Continuing around we pass the trees on the hilltop and then it might be the village of Pyla, that we can see in the background, before we return to the church.
